1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the ga444 platform at ga444.bet (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with ga444's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and ga444 (the "Company"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

ga444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ga444 will notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the ga444 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of another person or any commercial entity.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ga444 or any affiliated gaming programme.
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or order in your jurisdiction.

Age Verification

ga444 takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. Upon registration, and at any point during your use of the Platform, ga444 may request documentary proof of age (for example, a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence). Account activity — including deposits and withdrawals — may be restricted until age verification is completed to ga444's satisfaction.

Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately closed, all gameplay voided, and any deposited funds returned to the verified payment method used — net of any withdrawals already processed.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on ga444, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active ga444 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ga444 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited at ga444's sole discretion.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your ga444 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ga444 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ga444's support team immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. ga444 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, freeze account activity pending the outcome of that investigation.

Know Your Customer (KYC)

ga444 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its commitment to safe and responsible gaming. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before your account is fully verified: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address (for example, a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of payment method ownership (for example, a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account showing your registered mobile number). Failure to complete KYC verification within the period requested by ga444 may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ga444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ga444 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, SureCash, and direct bank transfer to supported Bangladeshi banks including BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on ga444 is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your ga444 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the respective payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to be processed and credited. ga444 does not charge a fee on any standard deposit transaction.

All funds deposited into your ga444 account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment methods are not permitted and will be returned to the source account minus any applicable processing charges levied by the payment provider.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification being completed in full. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed instantly for accounts in good standing. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours.

ga444 applies a maximum withdrawal limit of ৳500,000 per day and ৳2,000,000 per calendar week for standard verified accounts. Players with sustained high-value activity may apply to ga444's VIP team for elevated withdrawal limits.

Withdrawal Conditions

Where a deposit has been matched by a bonus offer, withdrawal of the deposit and/or associated winnings may be subject to the wagering requirements of that promotion. Specifically, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from them must be wagered in full accordance with the applicable wagering multiplier before a withdrawal of those funds can be approved. The Player's deposited funds (not bonus funds) remain withdrawable at any time, subject to standard verification and processing requirements.

ga444 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that are deemed to present an elevated risk profile. This may include requesting additional documentation. ga444 will communicate any such requests to the affected player promptly and will endeavour to complete its review within 48 hours of receiving all requested documentation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ga444 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in relation to that promotion only.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per payment method, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal is permitted — for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳20,000 in total wagers must be placed from that bonus balance.
• Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and table games may contribute at a lower rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may only be used for gameplay on ga444 — they cannot be transferred to another account or converted to cash without satisfying the applicable wagering requirements.
• ga444 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-cycle, ga444 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players.

Abuse of Promotions

ga444 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of game mechanics to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, arbitrage betting designed to lock in guaranteed profit on promotional offers, and any other behaviour ga444 determines to constitute manipulation of its promotional programme. Where bonus abuse is identified, ga444 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close the account or accounts involved.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the ga444 Platform — including live casino games, slots, crash games, table games, and sportsbook markets — are operated either by ga444 directly or by certified third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming, among others. Each game is subject to its own rules as displayed within the game interface.

Fair Play and Game Integrity

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on ga444 use certified RNG systems that have been independently audited for fairness, unpredictability, and statistical compliance. ga444's crash games, including Aviator by Spribe, operate on a provably fair algorithm that can be independently verified by the player using the seed information provided within the game interface.

• Bets are not confirmed until a bet reference number is displayed in your account transaction history.
• ga444 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• In-play betting markets are subject to delay and suspension as required by live event conditions.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per sport — these are displayed within the relevant market at the time of bet placement.
• ga444 uses official tournament and league results as the basis for settling all cricket markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game, ga444 reserves the right to void the affected game round or rounds and return all wagers placed in those rounds to the players involved. ga444 is not liable for any losses arising from a technical malfunction beyond the return of the affected wager amount.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

ga444 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable gaming environment. As part of this commitment, ga444 offers a suite of responsible gaming tools that all registered players can access directly from their account settings. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit cap. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be tightened (reduced) — a loosening of a limit is subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Configure automatic on-screen notifications that alert you after a defined period of continuous play, prompting you to take a break.

8. Account Closure & Termination

Closure by the Player

You may request to close your ga444 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, ga444 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal requests before closing the account. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure or Suspension by ga444

ga444 reserves the right to close, restrict, or suspend any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is operating multiple accounts in violation of the One Account Policy.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials or the manipulation of game outcomes.
• The player has abused the ga444 promotions programme.
• The player's account activity presents an elevated risk of money laundering or financial crime.
• The player has used automated software, bots, or scripts in connection with their Platform activity.

Where an account is closed by ga444 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ga444 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is ultimately substantiated, any withheld balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international gaming law principles. Any dispute arising from the use of the ga444 Platform that cannot be resolved through ga444's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. ga444's complaints process can be initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the complaint. ga444 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 7 business days.
